Sunday Morning Class MARCH

STARTS MARCH 7th!

Have you been curious about using watercolor, but don’t know where to start and have a hard time following or finding the right YouTube videos? If you love looking at watercolors and want to discover some of the techniques those artists use to create beauty with it – this class is for you!

During each class we will be focusing on different watercolor techniques including wet on wet, wet on dry, blending, glazing, dry brush, and layering. Each class will start with participants following demonstrations to gather a basic understanding of these techniques with time at the end for you to explore them on your own.

I always say that painting with watercolor is as much witnessing what happens during the process of painting as it is having a finished product. No art skills are necessary for this course. Drawing materials will be provided for you to transfer onto your watercolor paper in a guided manner when necessary.

This is an adult course, but teens are welcome to participate as well. Children under 13 may accompany an adult taking the course.

COST: By Donation (students have been paying anywhere from $5 – $50 per class which comes out to $20-$200 for the whole course. Please pay what matches your financial means and needs.

DATES: We will meet on Sundays March 7, 14, 21, 28 – 11am – 1pm (Pacific Time)

Each class will be recorded that day and the link to view it will be sent along with the notes from the class each week. Recorded classes are only available to those who register for the class so we can keep a safe and nurturing space for those to express themselves.
