Description

STARTS Wednesday, April 6th!

I’m taking a few of my favorite courses from the beginning of my Zoom Art Class days + combining them to create a cohesive yet fun way to draw, investigate the qualities of watercolor, and learn about the basic ingredients artists use to make art. We will explore abstract, realistic, and symbolic drawing using color pencils combined with fun non-traditional watercolor techniques! For all levels

Some of the non-traditional watercolor methods include using salt, alcohol, a fork, sponge, wax, spray bottle, and more! It’s fun to play with materials and focus more on the process than the outcome – yes – this is one of those classes…. 🙂 We will also be looking at how to create art with line, shape, color, texture, and form – the main elements of art.

This is an adult course, but teens are welcome to participate as well. Children under 13 may accompany an adult taking the course or be accompanied by an adult.

COST: BY DONATION (students have been paying anywhere from $5 – $50 per class which comes out to $20-$200 for the whole course (per month) Please pay what matches your financial means and needs, even if you cannot afford to pay.

DATES: We will meet Wednesdays April  6, 13, 20, 27 AND May 4, 11, 18, 25 from 5pm-7pm Pacific Time
