Description

STARTS Friday, March 7th

PLEASE SIGN UP BY THURSDAY, MARCH 6th!

Art Journaling Club – This month’s theme is SPRING (and remembering to take deep breaths…) We will be exploring Collage this month along with the other media we’ve been playing with.

I’ve been art journaling for more than 3 decades and the benefits are palpable. In this 4 week art journaling class we will explore the myriad of ways art can regulate the nervous system, help us get our emotions out onto paper, grieve, and heal. We will experiment with mixed media – so you can show up with any supplies you have. There are suggestions below, but don’t feel pressured to get them – any kind of color pencils, markers, watercolors, pastels, collagee or anything else you’d like to play with. Pay with your heart – if you can’t afford to pay please reach out to me. Please come and join us to experience the therapeutic aspects of artmaking.

COST:  By Donation (students have been paying anywhere from $5 – $50 per class which comes out to $20-$200 for the whole course.) Please pay what matches your financial means and needs, even if you cannot afford to pay – if that’s the case, please reach out to me!)

DATES: 4 Fridays in March 5-7pm PACIFIC TIME March 7, 14, 21, 28

Each class will be recorded and you will get a link to it so you can have it for future reference
